“ The Waxwork” by A. M. Burrage describes the
Quests of Raymond
Hewson who for money reasons, is going to spend
the night at a was museums
in the scary section, the museum manager
tries to stop him by saying that the
wax murders looks scary. The museum manager
says he would not like him to
smoke. The museum manager shows Hewson the
scary wax murders,
especially Dr. Bourdette, a murder who was never
found. Hewson feels a little
panic because Dr. Bourdette looks so real. Then
Hewson is really paniced when
he thinks that Dr. Bourdette does moved. Hewson
scares himself to death.
Raymond
think is easy to stay one night in the murders den in the wax
museum, because they are fake and they can’t
kill. Hewson has to do this to
earn money to help his family, however Hewson
believes he will be fine because
he donsen’t have good imaginations.
However, he scares himself to death
because he has too much imagination. If I am
Hewson’s situation I have a lot of
imagination too, I would bring my book to read,
to make my myself more
confortable and relax so I don’t get too
nervous, if I see Dr. Bourdette move I will
run away.
